Lessons at Burns Music Studio are more than just music lessons. Our methods combine exercises in movement, body awareness, tension relief and structural integration that maximize freedom in the body directly affecting the system and art of musical and vocal technique.
Phil offers full time accompaniment for the voice studios and his musical coaching helps to build a well rounded sense of musicianship and sophistication with a strong focus on performance etiquette and professional ethics in the craft.
We provide yearly opportunities for students to perform with a live band, an experience that vocalists do not usually get until they reach college and professional environments.
